1. Service description
RetroParlor (“the Service”, “we”) is an entertainment service that uses AI to generate retro-style portraits of people and pets. You upload photos, choose a style, and the system generates images for you to download or share. The Service is for personal entertainment only.
2. Photos and generated results — download or share right away
We do not store your generated photos. After generation, images are only shown on your current page; refreshing or closing the page means they are no longer available on this site.
Please download your result to your device or share it (e.g. to X, Instagram) as soon as it’s ready. We cannot recover or resend images you did not download or share.
3. Privacy and data
We do not collect your name, account, or other personal data. To provide paid credits and generation counts we only keep the minimum needed (e.g. order ID, remaining credits), and delete it after about 90 days. Your uploaded photos and generated results are used only for that session; we do not store them on our servers. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Payment, credit validity, and refunds
Credits must be used within 90 days. Unused credits expire after that; no extensions or refunds. Once you use the service (redeem a license or use any generation), we generally do not refund; refunds may apply only in specific “unused” or “service unavailable” cases. See our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or generate illegal, harassing, hateful, or privacy/portrait-rights-violating content;
- Use it for commercial purposes (unless we agree in writing);
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the license or credit system.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access, with no refund.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service and AI-generated content are for entertainment only. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or third-party rights of the content; you are responsible for how you use and share your uploads and results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or loss of profits arising from use or inability to use the Service, lost content, outages, third-party services, failure to download or share in time, system errors, viruses, or any other cause. This applies whether under contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise; payment does not change this.

For refund requests and general inquiries, please use the contact email on our Contact page (mr.yellowborn@gmail.com). We do not provide technical support, tutorials, or troubleshooting. We do not guarantee response time and are not obliged to reply to every message. Refund requests are processed according to our Refund Policy.
8. Changes to the Service and terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may update these terms at any time; the “Last updated” date on this page applies. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
