Refund Policy

1. Policy and credit validity
This service is a digital product. Once used (including redeeming a license key or consuming any generation), no refunds are given.
Credits must be used within 90 days. Any unused credits after 90 days expire automatically; no extensions, no top-ups, no refunds. Please confirm your plan and credits before purchase and use them within the validity period.
2. When refunds may apply (only the following)
Unused: You never redeemed the license key after purchase, or after redeeming you never used any generation, and you apply for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Provide your order number and purchase email. We check our records to confirm whether any credits were used; if you never redeemed, we will rely on order details or your explanation. We do not provide setup help or redemption assistance.
Service unavailable: During the 90-day period, the service as a whole was persistently unavailable or unable to complete generations (not due to your network, device, or usage), and you have not used any generation. We may decide on a case-by-case basis whether to refund; if we determine the issue was fixable or on your side, no refund applies.
3. When refunds do not apply
- You have used the service (redeemed the key or used at least 1 generation);
- You apply more than 7 days after purchase;
- The 90-day validity has passed;
- You are unhappy with results, need help using the service, or bought by mistake but already redeemed;
- Your access was suspended for breaching the terms of service;
- Any other reason.
4. How to request a refund
Refund requests must be sent by email; include “Refund request” and your order number in the subject. We do not guarantee a response time and only process requests according to this policy; if eligible we refund to the original payment method; if not, we do not refund and are not obliged to explain.
Use our Contact page for the contact email (mr.yellowborn@gmail.com). You may use the same email for other inquiries; we do not provide technical support or tutorials, and refunds are handled only under this policy.
5. Chargebacks
If you request a chargeback through your card issuer or payment provider without contacting us first, we may revoke your license and remaining credits. We recommend contacting us via the Contact page before disputing the charge.
